Holland Basham Architects designed this 156,000 s.f. building which included an 845-stall parking garage. This new building nearly doubled West Corporation’s campus in Omaha. In addition to the new facility, a Network Operations Center was also added to their existing building.

West Corporation has evolved from an inbound telemarketing service bureau to a large-scale provider of integrated customer contact solutions, including inbound, outbound, interactive, internet, collections and conferencing services.
