This first dormitory on UNO’s campus was completed in 2000. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors contain typical resident suites, a faculty apartment, student storage, environmental services space, lounge spaces, student kitchen, and an ADA-accessible resident suite with an adjoining resident assistant suite that doubles as an ADA overflow suite. Students can utilize the dining hall/food court area of the Commons Building which can be accessed via a connecting link.

Each typical suite is provided with 4 individual bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a bed, chair, student desk, and individual voice and data outlets. A common living room is provided in each suite for student interaction.
