We make it a positive, enriching experience to work for Holland Basham Architects.  This forms the strongest of foundations for high quality work.  Regular staff meetings are held to establish, review, and update office standards. Round table discussions are held into which we invite product suppliers, installers and contractors to discuss how we can better design or detail architectural items.  On-board reviews are held regularly with our consultants.  The internet is used to share our work with our consultants and clients, which ensures the most current project documents are immediately accessible.
