Development consists of a mix of 3-and 4-story buildings encompassing over 76,000 s.f. as well as surface and secure parking stalls for 99 vehicles. The new buildings are made up of sixty 1-bedroom, twenty-two 2-bedroom units and are intended to serve graduate-level students attending nearby Creighton University.
