Steven Kuzelka, AIA, LEED AP
Steve is a Partner and Registered Architect who has been with HBA for 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Architecture and his responsibilities at HBA include project design, construction documentation and project management. Steve is currently working on projects for ACI Worldwide and Mutual of Omaha’s Midtown Crossing at Turner Park.

In addition to his responsibilities at HBA, Steve also served on the City of Omaha Building Code Committee for the adoption of the 2000 and 2006 International Building Code.
Susan Seidel, AIA, LEED AP
Susan joined HBA in 1994 and has been a Partner in the firm since 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a five year Bachelor of Architecture degree. She has experience in programming, design and master planning, specifically for healthcare related facilities. Her major strengths are client and project management, specifications and construction documents.

Susan is currently working on projects for Creighton University, Creighton University Medical Center, Heart Consultants and Midwest Gastrointestinal Associates as well as Alegent Health’s five hospital campuses in the Omaha metropolitan area.
Curtis Witzenburg, AIA, LEED AP
Curt is a registered architect and partner at HBA and has been with the firm for over nine years. He has a vast array of experience in project programming, master planning, design and project management of a variety of project types. Recent projects include the new College of Business Administration and the new Maverick Village and Parking Garage at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Parsons House at Eagle Run, Omaha Home for Boys Administration Building, and Home Instead Senior Care’s new headquarters building.

In addition to his work at HBA, Curt is a member of the Nebraska Food Bank’s Board of Directors and The Rose Performing Arts Executive Committee.
Thomas Zuk, AIA, LEED AP
Tom is a registered architect and partner at HBA and has been with the firm for over 11 years. His experience ranges from corporate and educational buildings to healthcare and housing facilities. Tom’s responsibilities include project management, developing project specifications, schematic layouts and construction documents as well as coordination with owners, consultants and contractors. His current workload includes projects for Alegent Health, ConAgra Foods, Mutual of Omaha and Quality Living Inc.

In addition to his work at HBA, Tom is a board member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Westside Kiwanis, AIA Omaha, a member of the Omaha Venture Group and he is an active volunteer for his family church.
