Beals Elementary

HBA was retained by Omaha Public Schools to provide full architectural services for the renovation of a 1904 building and a 1925 building. The existing 1-story pedestrian link was removed and replaced by a 3-story office complex and new elevator. This addition was designed as a precast structure with a curtain wall system to compliment the existing brick buildings. The addition also provided a main entry focal point.

 
 
Jackson Elementary School

HBA was retained by Omaha Public Schools to provide full architectural services and design which included renovation of the existing building and addition of a new serving kitchen. The project included new mechanical and electrical systems, including a new fire sprinkler system.
 
 

Kennedy Elementary School

Holland Basham Architects was retained by Omaha Public Schools to provide full architectural services for the renovation of the existing 1910 and 1957 wings. The project included all new mechanical and electrical systems and new finishes.
