Holland Basham Architects, in partnership with the America First Communities development team, is providing architectural and construction administration services for the Offutt Air Force Base Family Housing Privatization project. The project consists of:

• 6 year development period
  
  
• 635 acres of land
  
  
• 2,600 existing housing units

The end state inventory will have 1,640 total military family homes consisting of:

• 914 new units
  
  
• 726 renovated units, including 26 historical units

Improvements to the community will include a new thoroughfare in the Capehart neighborhood, a community center, additional recreational spaces and new paths throughout the neighborhood.
