Midwest NeuroScience Center
Omaha, Nebraska

Combining multiple uses, including an MRI and CT suite, the Midwest NeuroScience Center presented many challenges. For example, the site, which sloped 60 feet from front to back, dictated a first floor entrance with a third floor exit on the opposite side of the building. Lower level interior parking provided not only protected physician parking but also access for deliveries.

This project was delivered in a series of packages in order to initiate construction as quickly as possible. In addition, the general contractor was selected before the construction drawings were complete to provide assistance with project scheduling and budgeting.

Tenant improvement packages included Midwest Neurosurgery, Midwest Radiology, Ear Specialists, NeuroScience Physiotherapy, and the Moore ENT Clinic.
