Mutual of Omaha Midtown Crossing at Turner Park
Omaha, Nebraska

  .

Midtown Crossing at Turner Park is a mixed-use urban development undertaken by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company and ECI Development Services in an effort to revitalize the historic neighborhoods immediately adjacent to its headquarters.

Midtown Crossing represents a massive transformation with pedestrian-oriented retail and entertainment on the ground level, residential units above and underground and adjoining parking structures. Plans call for Midtown Crossing to include an urban grocery store, multi-screen theater, health club, a variety of retailers and a mixed-use destination and casual dining establishment. It will include approximately 300 condominium units and 280 apartment and corporate extended stay residences. In all, the seven buildings in the development will total more than 1,000,000 s.f.
