HBA was selected to design the new multi-level parking facility on the main campus of University of Nebraska at Omaha.

A 5-level parking garage will replace an existing surface lot and will be adjacent to the new student housing. The new garage will have a capacity for 892 vehicles and all levels will be connected via internal ramping. The garage superstructure will be constructed with auger cast piles, precast concrete columns and long-span structural tees for flooring. Responding to the campus architecture, the garage incorporates punched openings along with brick and precast concrete accents.

In addition, HBA also provided design services for the new student housing on UNO's main campus.
