Holland Basham Architects was retained by Marian High School in the spring of 1994 to develop a facility master plan to provide a consensus of recent studies done by a variety of sources.  Holland Basham Architects conducted extensive interviews with students, faculty, parents and staff of Marian High School to determine if the needs cited in previous studies were still valid with the prevailing mindset at the school. 

Our services also included a new gymnasium addition and commons area. This project added 19,000 s.f. of space, including a 1000-seat gymnasium, locker rooms, training room, commons areas, and an elevator to provide access to the three levels.

In addition, Holland Basham Architects was also hired to design and provide full architectural services for the addition of a new library, guidance center and administrative office building.
