HBA Receives DOI Award Downtown Omaha, Inc.(DOI) has recognized L14 Flats at 14th & Leavenworth as one of many improvements to the downtown Omaha area. HBA, along with project owner America First Real Estate Group and Dicon Construction, has been awarded the Economic Development Award from DOI. This award recognizes oustanding developments which have greatly impacted the economic vitality of the downtown Omaha area. The award was presented to HBA and their project partners during the DOI Gala on January 26.
