UNO ROSKENS HALL COLLECTS FIRST AWARD

Even though the "new" College of Education at UNO just opened its doors 5 months ago, it has already chalked up its first award! Roskens Hall received the ACEC's 2012 Engineering Excellence Honor Award. This award was bestowed to only 4 of the 19 projects that were entered and will be officially given at the ACEC Awards Banquet in February. The space is on the top floor of the two-story school addition to the original Beth El Synagogue which was renovated by HBA for their corporate offices. the available space consists of 6,641 rental square feet with direct restroom access as well as a Mother's Room. Ample parking is provided directly north of the building with on-grade entrances on the east and west ends of the space. The space is currently configured with a central corridor with offices and conference rooms on each side. The space has an independent Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system.
