history

Holland Basham Architects was founded in May of 1989 by Timothy F. Holland and J. Keith Basham to provide personal comprehensive architectural and interior design services to a variety of project types.  Our enthusiastic, aggressive approach to projects has been successful, particularly in the corporate office field where we have completed a large number of freestanding and tenant improvement/renovation projects.

Professional Staff
We have steadily grown to a present staff size of nearly 30, with 18 architects and 2 interior designers.  We hire highly capable, motivated professionals with proficiency in AutoCADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) 2005 and 2008.

By utilizing the latest in hardware and software technology, our architectural personnel are capable of producing accurate and complete designs and drawings within a minimal time frame.

Repeat Clients
Our firm has experienced a repeat client rate of approximately 90% over the past five years.  Continuing clients include Alegent Health, Level 3 Communications, Union Pacific Railroad, West Corporation, Bank of the West, John Deere & Company, Creighton University, Mutual of Omaha, and Boys and Girls Clubs.  We believe that this record attests to our commitment to client satisfaction and attention to detail.
