Developed by the Lund Co., this 92,000 s.f. building will occupy a visible and prominent location along the West Dodge Expressway. Built on a slope and providing building access from two sides, the structure will be constructed of precast concrete (two finish types and face brick) and will feature approximately 400 parking spaces. The $9.2 million facility will centralize Coventry’s operations in the region and provide a more convenient location for its customers. Coventry will occupy 57,000 s.f. of the building and the remaining 35,000 s.f. will be available for leasing by other tenants. Construction is estimated for completion in April, 2009.
