The Student Village at Clarkson College creates a campus atmosphere with the introduction of dedicated green space, an apartment style residence hall and a student center. The two-story student center features a multipurpose meeting space/student activities area, success center, bookstore and fitness center. The student center is directly linked to the new four-story residence hall. Each apartment consists of four single bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and a full kitchen as well as living room space. In addition, a group study area was incorporated into the facility to create a true living and learning environment. This project was awarded Kiewit Construction’s Project of the Year in 2004.
