Located within the Bank of the West (formerly Commercial Federal Bank) Business Park, the Operations Center represented phase one of a multi-phase project and consisted of 113,941 s.f. and a 350-stall parking garage. Phase two, the Technology Center, brought the total square footage to over 244,000 s.f. and added an additional 350-stall parking garage. The Technology Center included a 4,800 s.f. data center, 1,600 s.f. staging and test area, and a 1,400 s.f. Network Operations Center. All floor areas incorporate a 24” raised flooring system to allow for HVAC and electrical and data distribution. Sound absorption wall panels and continuous indirect pendant lighting help create an enjoyable and functional working environment.

The construction of these facilities provided the infrastructure necessary to house the corporation’s Information Technology group and allowed for the consolidation of employees who were originally scattered throughout the Omaha metropolitan area.
