Holland Basham Architects provided interior design services for the Blue Ribbon Steakhouse located on the ground floor of the RiverStation building in Moline, Illinois. RiverStation is a 41,000 s.f. mixed-use building that serves as the cornerstone for the Bass Street Landing Downtown Redevelopment Plan in Moline. The building provides a combination of retail and restaurant space on the first floor, office space on the second floor and exclusive living units on the third floor with balconies providing views of the Mississippi River.
