ACI’s new corporate headquarters facility will occupy a prominent position in the estimated $410 million, 383-acre Coventry development located in the southwest corner of Omaha. The new development, which is a joint venture between CFM Realty of Omaha and AVG Partners of Beverly Hills, CA, will encompass a combination of corporate offices, mixed-use retail space, single-family homes and live/work residences, as well as civic, religious, public and green spaces. The $28 million, three-story structure will enclose more than 150,000 s.f. of space, including office, data center, training rooms, cafeteria and exercise room. The long-span steel framed structure provides column-free open office areas. The building is clad in two tone precast concrete panels with aluminum windows featuring sun screens at south and west exposures. The building is scheduled for completion in Summer 2008.
