Holland Basham Architects is working with Lanoha Development on the redevelopment of the Millard Lumber site near 135th and Millard Avenue. The site is currently being prepared for construction, which is expected to start this summer. The animation above shows the conceptual design for the development, which will include multi-family housing, some office and retail space at both entrances to the development, as well as
outdoor community spaces. The development will be completed in one
phase, and construction is scheduled to be finished in 2017. For more information, view the news coverage from KETV on January 14.
